As a Senior IC in this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming operations within custody fund services settlements or corporate actions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Owning complex problem areas and leading the charge in removing friction to redesign end-to-end workflows for delivering sustained efficiency and control gains.
- Leading stakeholder workshops and conducting operations shadowing to identify needs accurately.
- Producing precise BPMN 2.0 models, problem statements, BRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyzing exceptions, break rates, STP cycle times, SLA misses, and cost-to-serve to prioritize opportunities effectively.
- Defining KPIs/OKRs and maintaining a value-ranked backlog to track progress.
- Translating requirements into well-formed epics and user stories for incremental delivery.
- Driving automations and ensuring successful adoption.
- Facilitating cross-team rollout of new tools and processes and supporting change management.
- Coaching associates and elevating the function through reusable BPMN patterns and best practices.
- Improving cycle times, exceptions, break and fail rates, STP, and SLA adherence.
- Producing audit-ready BPMN diagrams and requirements for accelerated delivery.
- Achieving high adoption rates of new processes and tools while providing transparent value realization data.
- Maintaining a prioritized data-backed backlog and delivering consistent business value.
