Job Description

6+ years leading enterprise projects in a role where Business Analysis and UI/UX design strongly overlap.

Proficiency in user-centric design principles and mastery of wireframing and prototyping tools

Genuine excitement in client-facing work: discovering needs, presenting solutions, and building human connection

Proven ability to take full ownership of project success, managing complex timelines, risks, and client communications independently.

Exceptional written and verbal English.

Ability to articulate complex technical and design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Own the delivery of custom automation solutions for enterprise clients, serving as the single point of accountability for deliverables, timelines, and budgets from initial concept to deployment.

Be the primary technical and strategic advisor for our clients, building relationships that last over multiple projects.

Translate user needs into detailed wireframes, mockups, and user stories that form the blueprint for our automation solutions.

Partner with developers to guide the build, ensure the final product matches the design vision, and measure user adoption and business impact post-launch. You own the solution's success, not just the design assets.
