As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with teams and stakeholders to capture, validate, and document business and system requirements. This will involve interacting with customers and key stakeholders to document functional and nonfunctional needs. You will also play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

Your analysis responsibilities will include summarizing functionality from existing system documentation, supporting the team in analyzing business requirements and technical specifications, and identifying and analyzing operational risks, issues, and dependencies.

In terms of requirements gathering, you will be expected to elicit requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys. Ensuring that requirements are ready just in time to reduce risk and allow for feedback-driven changes will be an essential part of your role.

Additionally, you will contribute to designing high-quality solutions that provide demonstrable value. You will need to identify opportunities to improve and remove waste, including automation. Supporting feature team activities like creating and executing test scenarios, facilitating UAT, and documenting requirements met by test results will also be part of your responsibilities.

Continuous improvement is key in this role, and you will be expected to stay updated with industry best practices, technology, and customer trends. You will also contribute to defining and maintaining architecture methods related to the change management framework.
