About you

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse complex business problems and define processes, data requirements, and user journeys; lead requirements discovery and documentation.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment on goals and solution design.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology teams, and vendors to deliver actionable solutions; support UAT and agile ceremonies.
- Identify optimisation opportunities including AI-driven use cases, and provide data-driven insights for process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Corporate Property Services methodology and best practices; maintain high-quality, standardised artefacts.
- Engage stakeholders through workshops and presentations to clarify requirements and achieve consensus.

Experience & Qualifications

- 7 to 10 years of business analysis experience in large or cross-system projects, preferably in financial services.
- Strong BA competencies including process design, BRD creation, rule definition, business modelling, user stories, and data analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills (e.g., SQL fundamentals, understanding of data structures, validating data logic).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence); MS Visio and Excel proficiency.
- Ability to participate in solution design discussions, provide requirement-based analysis, and collaborate closely with Technology teams.
- Experience working with vendors, including managing requirements, coordinating interfaces, and ensuring delivery alignment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system data flows, with the ability to interpret end-to-end data dependencies.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps in requirements, processes, data, or documentation.
- Skilled in facilitating business workshops, driving requirement clarity, scope alignment, shared understanding.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience in Corporate Property Services or corporate enabler domains.
- Cloud data migration and data governance exposure.
- Integration analysis experience, such as API design, interface specifications, message flows, and end-to-end process mapping.
