• Qualification: Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree

Experience: At least 3 years or more

We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated business analyst with strong implementation and project management experience. Candidate to work closely with technical and client teams to develop and maintain a product roadmap. The candidate would be responsible for managing delivery expectations with clients and should possess excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

– Perform thorough project analysis and define the business needs.

– Preparing SOW after a comprehensive requirements gathering and/or receiving or signing off on an SOW coming from clients.

– Work alongside technical teams to review solutions for compliance with business processes, objectives, and IT standards.

– Preparation of UML diagrams and/or prototypes as a part of SOW.

– Interfacing between technical and client teams to resolve technical queries and document outcomes on an ongoing basis.

– Work closely with the testing team in the creation of test plans and perform high-level testing as and when required.

– Effectively communicate with clients’ teams.

– Helps in taking sign-off on project closure documents.
