Qualifications required for this role include an MBA in Marketing with 10-15 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related field within the real estate industry. Proven experience in developing and executing successful branding strategies in the real estate industry is necessary. In-depth knowledge of market research and analysis techniques, proficiency in leveraging digital marketing and social media platforms for brand promotion, experience in managing external agencies and creative partners, familiarity with brand identity development and visual communication, strategic brand management, team leadership and mentoring, as well as market trend analysis and adaptation are preferred qualifications for this position.
