As a Senior Graphic Designer at Nicobar, you will play a crucial role in shaping and elevating the brand's visual identity across various touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include:

- Shape and evolve Nicobar's visual language across homepage, landing pages, campaign drops, and print.
- Translate briefs into strong concepts, mood boards, and clear creative directions.
- Lead the design of key launch moments across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Build thoughtful layout systems in Figma and collaborate seamlessly across teams.
- Ensure every output feels cohesive, elevated, and on-brand.
- Explore AI and emerging tools to enhance creative efficiency.
- Partner with Communication and Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with clarity and impact.

Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate:

- 46 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or digital art direction.
- Deep understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual rhythm.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, immersive webpage design, and refined layout systems.
- Ability to build a campaign narrative rather than designing isolated assets.
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail.
