As we scale our digital presence in the B2B space nationally and internationally, we're building a bold, human-centred social media identity, and we need someone who can lead that charge from the front, literally.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who'll own our social media presence end-to-end: from strategy and scripting to filming, editing, posting, and analysing. Crucially, you'll also be the face of Stitchman INC online, appearing on camera and representing the brand in videos, reels, and live content with confidence and authenticity. This role is ideal for someone who is as comfortable in front of a lens as they are behind a spreadsheet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Content Planning
- - Develop a platform-specific B2B social media strategy targeting business owners, buyers, retailers, and trade partners.
- - Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals, product launches, and industry events.
- - Research B2B trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to inform content decisions.
- - Identify what content formats work best for B2B audiences.

- Content Creation & On-Camera Presence
- - Write, shoot, and edit content independently.
- - Appear on camera as the face of the brand.
- - Be comfortable presenting Stitchman INC's products, values, and personality in a confident, natural, and relatable way.
- - Direct and shoot content on-location (factory floor, studio, events) using a smartphone or camera setup.
- - Collaborate with designers or edit independently using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.
- Publishing & Community Management
- - Schedule and publish content across all socials
- - Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
- - Actively engage with followers, leads, and business partners in comments and DMs
- - Build relationships with industry voices, B2B creators, and potential brand partners.
- - Monitor relevant keywords, industry conversations, and trending formats.
- - Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads for B2B audiences
- Analytics & Reporting
- - Track and report on KPIs including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, lead generation, and website traffic from social.
- - Deliver monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps
- - Use data to continuously refine content strategy and posting cadence
- B2B-Specific Campaigns
- - Create content that speaks to business pain points, product quality, reliability, MOQs, customization, and partnership value
- - Support trade show presence, product launches, and B2B campaign moments on social
- - Work with the sales team to align social content with lead generation and pipeline goals
- - Manage or coordinate influencer/creator partnerships relevant to the B2B and trade space
