Job Description – We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven professional from the advertising, digital marketing, branded content, radio, or influencer marketing industry for current business, brand partnerships, influencer-led campaigns, endorsements, and sponsorship sales.

This role is focused on driving high-value revenue, closing current partnerships, and expanding our presence across categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the influencer sales function with full ownership of revenue strategy and targets

  • Unlock large-scale partnerships across brands and agencies through innovative creator-led solutions

  • Drive strategic pitches, complex negotiations, and high-value deal closures

  • Cultivate C-suite and senior marketing relationships to position the organization as a preferred partner

  • Identify new market opportunities, categories, and scalable revenue streams

  • Mentor and guide the sales team while fostering a high-performance culture

  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Creative, and Execution teams to deliver best-in-class solutions

  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Influencer Sales, Media Partnerships, or Branded Content with leadership experience

  • Proven track record of driving substantial revenue and closing marquee deals

  • Robust executive presence with exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills

  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, digital ecosystems, and evolving brand needs

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence, scale, and lead from the front.
