Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Influencer Marketing Specialist based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and engaging with relevant influencers to drive brand awareness, developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, and measuring their success. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with influencers, analyzing market trends, negotiating collaborations, and reporting on campaign performance. Your efforts will contribute to expanding RediClinic's presence in the wellness industry through strategic partnerships and authentic endorsements.

Qualifications
Expertise in Social Media, Influencer Outreach, and Community Building
Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, and Analytics
Experience in Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Partnership Development
Excellent Communication, Organization, and Collaboration skills
Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
A passion for wellness and familiarity with the health and wellness industry is an advantage
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment
