As a Brand Intern at Deconstruct in Bangalore, you will be part of a science-backed skincare brand that prioritizes ingredient transparency and effective formulations. Deconstruct aims to simplify skincare for consumers through education, innovation, and community-led marketing.
  • *Role Overview:**
  • You will collaborate with the brand team on brand strategy, influencer marketing, and campaign execution to gain hands-on exposure to building a fast-growing digital-first skincare brand.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - **Brand Strategy & Positioning**
    - Support brand positioning and strategic brand initiatives.
    - Assist in analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and brand perception.

    - **Influencer & Campaign Execution**
    - Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand communication.

    - **Market Research & Insights**
    - Conduct competitor and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
    - Prepare presentations and summaries on brand insights.

    - **Performance Tracking**
    - Monitor campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
    - Support data-driven marketing decisions.
  • *Key Requirements:**
  • - Strong interest in brand strategy, digital marketing, and influencer marketing.
    - Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
    - Hands-on experience using AI tools for research and brand analytics is preferred.
    - Working knowledge of performance marketing.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    - Participation in inter-college competitions, case study challenges, or marketing events is a plus.
