Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Brand Manager / Social Media Growth Manager who can manage client brands across digital platforms and drive measurable social media growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple client accounts, building content strategies, coordinating creative execution, and using AI tools efficiently to improve productivity and results.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Brand Management
  • Manage multiple client social media accounts professionally
  • Understand each client’s business goals, target audience, and brand positioning
  • Conduct regular client coordination meetings and gather monthly campaign requirements
  • Present content plans and growth ideas clearly to clients

  • Content Strategy & Content Calendar
  • Create monthly content calendars for different clients
  • Plan platform-specific content for:

  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Pinterest
  • Align content with brand voice, trends, and business objectives
  • Maintain consistency in publishing schedule

  • Content Research
  • Research trending topics, competitor strategies, hashtags, and audience behavior
  • Identify viral content opportunities relevant to client industries
  • Suggest campaign ideas for engagement and lead generation

  • Creative Coordination
  • Coordinate with graphic designers for social media creatives
  • Provide clear briefs for post design, carousel ideas, banners, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with video editors for reels, shorts, and motion content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creatives

  • Growth & Performance
  • Grow client social media presence organically
  • Improve engagement, reach, impressions, and follower quality
  • Track platform analytics and prepare monthly reports
  • Suggest optimization strategies based on performance data

  • Platform Management
  • Handle daily posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags, and publishing
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions where required
  • Optimize posting time and content format per platform
