We’re looking for someone who can combine client management with brand and marketing strategy , preferably with experience working on B2B brands .

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with assigned clients, ensuring strong communication, satisfaction, and long-term retention

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand strategies, campaign plans, and marketing roadmaps

  • Translate client goals into clear briefs for creative, content, and performance teams

  • Monitor campaign performance and lead quarterly strategy reviews and reporting discussions with clients

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

  • Lead the preparation of pitch decks, campaign proposals, and strategy presentations

  • Ensure smooth execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration

  • Maintain high standards of delivery and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives

  • Have 5–8 years of experience in a digital or creative agency

  • Are comfortable leading client conversations and strategic discussions

  • Have managed multiple brand accounts and marketing campaigns

  • Possess a strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, social media, and digital performance

  • Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Have experience creating marketing presentations, strategy decks, and campaign plans

  • Are highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
