As the Brand Manager - Creative & Growth, you will operate at the intersection of creative ideation, content, influencer marketing, and campaign execution. Your primary focus will be on building the brand's voice, presence, and relevance across digital platforms through strong creative thinking and execution excellence.
  • *Roles and Responsibilities:**
  • - Lead creative ideation for brand, social media marketing, and performance-led initiatives across platforms.
    - Translate business objectives into compelling creative ideas and narratives.
    - Own the brand's content direction across platforms (formats, tone, storytelling).
    - Drive influencer marketing concepts, collaborations, and executions.
    - Collaborate closely with design, video, and performance teams to bring ideas to life.
    - Contribute copywriting where required (campaigns, social, retention).
    - Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative output while maintaining originality and clarity.
  • *Required Experience:**
  • - 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, content, or social.
    - Experience across consumer tech, fintech, D2C, or creative agencies.
    - Strong exposure to social media, influencers, and digital storytelling.
    - Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
