Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer with 2–6 years of experience to develop and maintain strong brand identities across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and design principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Design marketing materials including social media creatives, presentations, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand promotions.
• Ensure consistency of design across all platforms and brand touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and branding strategies.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, or similar roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding and visual design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Experience working with digital marketing teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
