As a Brand Content & Campaign Manager at Breakkin Even, your role will involve turning ideas into impactful executions. You will be responsible for planning content, coordinating and managing campaign shoots, editing videos and graphics, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling. Working closely with the Founder and Creative Director, you will play a crucial role in bringing campaigns and drops to life.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage content calendars
Coordinate and manage campaign shoots
Shoot and edit reels & short-form video content
Maintain consistent, impactful brand storytelling
Support influencer scouting and collaborations
Track performance and improve content quality over time
Ensure consistency in social media presence

Qualifications Required:
1-4 years of experience in fashion/D2C/lifestyle brands
Strong aesthetic sense
Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Comfortable managing creative chaos on shoot days

Software Knowledge (must-have):
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Procreate
