JOB DESCRIPTION- Brand Consultant (Mid-Level)

Experience: The ideal candidate should possess a solid background of 3-5 years in the field of Public Relations, demonstrating hands-on experience and a nuanced understanding of industry dynamics.

REQUIREMENTS

Media Networking: They should have a well-established network within the realm of feature media and influential bloggers, indicating a deep comprehension of media landscapes and the ability to leverage these connections effectively.

Content Expertise: Proficiency in crafting compelling content and business communiqués is crucial. The candidate should demonstrate a track record of developing content strategies that contribute to the establishment and reinforcement of robust and sophisticated brand identities.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills are paramount, encompassing both verbal and written forms. The candidate should be adept at articulating ideas clearly and persuasively, whether in face-to-face interactions or through written correspondence.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES

Client Servicing: Relationship Building- The candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves understanding client needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

PR Strategy: They will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing PR strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients within the chosen industry.

News Coverage: Driving impactful news coverage is essential. This entails identifying newsworthy angles, pitching stories to media outlets, and securing interviews or other formats of coverage to garner positive exposure for clients.

Media Relations-

-Media Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with journalists, editors, and other media personnel is crucial. The candidate should actively engage with media contacts to generate opportunities for client coverage and maintain a favorable media presence.

-Pitching and storytelling: Distribute compelling pitches and story angles that resonate with journalists and align with our clients’ messaging.

-Press Releases: Distribute press releases, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and newsworthiness.

-Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage, track metrics, and provide regular reports to clients.

-Crisis Communication: Assist in managing crisis communication situations as needed.

-Media Opportunities: They will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on media opportunities to showcase clients' stories, initiatives, and achievements. This may include organizing media dialogues, facilitating interviews, and pitching story ideas to relevant media outlets.

Influencer Marketing: In addition to media, the candidate should have experience in influencer marketing. This involves identifying suitable influencers within the industry, establishing collaborative partnerships, and leveraging influencer networks to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.

Event Curation: Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Curator to design and execute exceptional events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting memorable experiences, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of event planning and coordination.
