ZestIoT is fast growing start-up with a global presence. Specialising in the aviation industry,particularly in aircraft turnaround and the passenger journey, our solutions are helpingairports, airlines and ground handlers achieve turnaround excellence.
As part of our growth, we are now looking for an experienced Marketing and Public Relations Manager. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and PR strategies that enhance brand visibility, support business objectives, and drive stakeholder engagement. The role oversees external agencies, manages events and campaigns, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Experience: 4 to 6years

Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with company goals
Define annual marketing plans, budgets, and KPIs, tracking performance and optimising where required
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all markets and channels

PR:
Lead PR strategy, including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and reputation management
Act as a key point of contact for media enquiries in collaboration with external PR agencies
Support internal communications initiatives as needed

Events:
Plan, manage, and deliver events such as trade shows, conferences, customer events, and corporate functions
Oversee event budgets, logistics, agency coordination, and post-event reporting
Maximise brand exposure and lead generation through events and partnerships

Agency and Supplier Management:
Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, creative, digital, events, website and media)
Oversee briefing processes, deliverables, timelines, and performance reviews
Ensure cost efficiency and quality across all outsourced activities

Campaign Execution:
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and traditional channels
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and leadership to support commercial objectives
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget

Reporting and Governance:
Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics
Prepare reports for senior stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and best practices

Website:
Ensure website is fully up-to-date with case studies, blogs, etc..
SEO Optimisation
Website changes as required

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a marketing and/or PR management role
Preferably in start-ups and/or technology or aviation industry
Experience is marketing strategy including branding, product releases, campaigns etc.. is a bonus.
Strong and methodical thinker with hands-on execution capability
Experience managing agencies and external partners
Demonstrated ability to deliver successful events and integrated campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications
Degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Events or a related field (or equivalent experience)
