We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Specialist to collaborate with our HR and Marketing teams in positioning Beyond Key as an employer of choice. This role will lead the development and execution of innovative employer brand strategies that attract top talent and foster employee engagement through digital, print, and experiential channels.
Strategic Branding & Messaging
Develop and implement a compelling employer branding strategy aligned with Beyond Key's talent needs and organizational culture.
Translate talent profiles into targeted recruitment marketing campaigns using brand marketing, digital media, and communication best practices.
Digital & Social Media Engagement
Promote the employee value proposition (EVP) across digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and the company website.
Create and manage content calendars for recruitment campaigns, employee spotlights, and engagement initiatives.
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to support talent acquisition goals and increase candidate engagement.
Build brand affinity and advocacy among employees through storytelling, internal events, and ambassador programs.
Talent Pipeline & Collaboration
Partner with recruiters to build talent pipelines using social media, career events, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure a diverse mix of sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize future initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to HR and Marketing leadership.
Culture Branding and Promotions
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or HR communications.
Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
Proven experience managing content across websites and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with talent acquisition tools, analytics, and employer branding platforms.
