About the Role

We are looking for a driven Growth Manager to lead brand acquisition and revenue growth for Discovr’s AI-powered creator advertising platform.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role focused on identifying, pitching, and onboarding brands and agencies that want to scale influencer marketing through technology.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard D2C brands, large enterprises, and marketing agencies
  • Own the full sales cycle, outreach → discovery → demo → negotiation → closure
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and acquisition targets

  • Product-Led Selling
  • Deliver compelling demos of Discovr’s AI-native creator advertising platform
  • Understand client marketing challenges and position Discovr as a growth engine
  • Drive faster decision-making and shorten sales cycles

  • Market Expansion
  • Identify new brand segments, industries, and campaign opportunities
  • Gather insights from prospects to improve GTM strategy and product positioning
  • Contribute to building scalable sales and acquisition playbooks

  • Client Onboarding & Relationship Building
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers
  • Build strong relationships with marketing leaders and brand teams
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and long-term partnerships

  • Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, influencer marketing
  • Experience selling to brands, influencer marketing teams, is a must
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, influencer marketing, or creator economy is a strong plus
