Kangana Trehan is a contemporary fashion label focused on refined craftsmanship, modern femininity, and building a globally relevant brand from India.

We are seeking an experienced Brand & Creative Director to lead and drive the growth of our fashion label across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic and creative leader who can oversee all aspects of brand building, storytelling, and positioning while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience building a strong brand narrative and successfully scaling it across markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and execute brand positioning to strengthen the brand identity in India and internationally.
- Build and lead the brand narrative, ensuring the brand story is compelling and cohesive across all platforms and markets.
- Lead creative direction and brand communication, including campaigns, visual storytelling, and content.
- Work closely with design, social media, marketing, and content teams to maintain a strong and cohesive brand voice.
- Act as the main point of contact for agencies, PR partners, and external collaborators.
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute brand launches, collaborations, and key brand activations.
- Identify and support international expansion opportunities, including partnerships, retail presence, and global marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, retail, packaging, and communication channels.

Ideal Candidate

1. 5–8+ years of experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands (required).

2. Proven ability to build a solid brand narrative and scale it across markets.

3. Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative direction, storytelling, and marketing.

4. Experience working with creative teams, PR agencies, and external partners.

5. Ability to think both strategically and operationally.

6. Passion for fashion, culture, and global brand building.
