As a Brand and Marketing Specialist at PadCare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our brand resonates with our mission of making hygiene sustainable. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Brand & Content Quality**:
- Review and approve all marketing content and external communications to maintain alignment with brand guidelines in terms of tone, visual identity, and messaging.
- Oversee the redesign of existing brand assets to reflect our rebrand, working closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the internal brand guardian, identifying inconsistencies and upholding quality standards across all touchpoints.

- **Social Media & Agency Management**:
- Manage the social media content calendar and act as the main point of contact with our creative agency, providing briefs, reviewing, and approving content on behalf of the brand.
- Bring an editorial perspective to content planning to ensure that all posts are intentional and in line with our brand values.

- **Campaigns & Events Management**:
- Assist in planning and executing customer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain an events calendar with a clear strategy for Padcare's participation in various opportunities.
- Provide on-ground support at important events and plan event collaterals.

- **On-Ground & Production**:
- Support on-ground shoots and site visits to ensure that the Padcare brand is effectively showcased.
- Coordinate with campaigns and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables without compromising attention to detail.

Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably on the brand side.
- Experience working with an impact-driven or purpose-led business is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for brand consistency.
- Proficiency in creating and directing visual content, with a good understanding of on-brand aesthetics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership.
- Familiarity with new tools and technologies to enhance productivity.
