As Manager – Marketing, you will lead the execution of marketing initiatives for the Mumbai location, ensuring that campaigns, partnerships, and on-ground activations are delivered with strong project management and consistent brand standards.

This role is focused on translating marketing strategy into execution. You will work closely with programming, membership, F&B;, and operations teams to bring marketing initiatives to life across the club, ensuring every campaign and experience reflects The Quorum’s brand positioning and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Project Management

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches, and initiatives for the Mumbai location.
- Execute city-level marketing initiatives in alignment with central marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Develop clear project timelines and track campaign deliverables across teams.
- Ensure all marketing activities are delivered on schedule and with strong operational coordination.

Campaign & Activation Execution

- Coordinate marketing support for programming, member events, dining experiences, and cultural initiatives.
- Manage on-ground activations, partnerships, and brand collaborations within the club.
- Work closely with the Programming and Community teams to ensure robust visibility and storytelling for key moments.

Vendor & Production Management

- Manage external agencies, production partners, photographers, designers, and other vendors.
- Oversee briefing, timelines, deliverables, and production quality for marketing projects.
- Track marketing budgets for campaigns and activations, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilisation.

Brand & Communication Alignment

- Ensure all marketing output reflects The Quorum’s brand voice, design language, and premium positioning.
- Review marketing materials, campaign assets, and on-ground branding to maintain consistency and quality.
- Coordinate with central marketing teams on approvals, campaign rollouts, and content alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with membership sales, programming, F&B;, and operations teams to support club initiatives.
- Align marketing efforts with member engagement priorities and city-level programming calendars.
- Ensure strong coordination across internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns and events.

Skills

Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution.
- Experience in hospitality, F&B;, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Proven experience executing on-ground marketing activations or brand experiences.
- Experience working with creative agencies and external vendors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
