About the Role

D. Vijay Pharma Pvt. Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical and medical device distribution company, is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Nagpur operations and expand business across the Vidarbha region.

The role involves sales development, principal relationship management, and overall branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the branch while driving growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

• Drive sales growth across Nagpur and the Vidarbha region
• Build relationships with hospitals, surgeons, doctors, and institutional customers
• Execute sales promotion and customer engagement activities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region

Principal & Supplier Coordination

• Manage relationships with principal manufacturers and suppliers
• Coordinate on product availability, launches, pricing updates, and promotional activities

Branch Operations

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations including billing, inventory, and dispatch
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements
• Monitor stock levels and inventory planning

Team Leadership

• Manage and supervise branch staff and sales team
• Ensure productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency
Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or distribution
• Graduate degree (Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Commerce preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Excel and ERP / billing software
• Well-presented and comfortable interacting with healthcare professionals
• Willing to travel across the Vidarbha region
