Key Responsibilities

Manage overall operations and performance of the branch.

Drive business growth through CASA, deposits, loans, and other banking products.

Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local businesses.

Monitor branch profitability, portfolio quality, and risk management.

Handle customer queries, escalations, and ensure high service standards.

Coordinate with regional management for business planning and performance review.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of retail banking, CASA, and lending products.

Leadership and team management skills.

Business development and customer relationship management.

Understanding of compliance, KYC norms, and banking regulations.

Good communication and decision-making skills.

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.

Prior experience in Small Finance Bank / NBFC / Retail Banking preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
