We are currently recruiting for a Branch Administrator to join a busy and friendly team within a well-established equipment and construction support company based in Bournemouth.

This is primarily an administrative role (around 80–90%), supporting the day-to-day running of the branch. A small part of the position will involve proactive customer service calls to ensure customers are satisfied with the service they have received.

This is not a sales role — the focus is simply on maintaining excellent customer service and supporting the branch team.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role

As Branch Administrator you will play an important role in supporting both the branch team and their customers.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing general administrative support to the branch
  • Processing orders and updating internal systems
  • Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Making occasional proactive calls to customers who have recently placed orders to ensure they are satisfied with the service
  • Supporting the team with scheduling, coordination and general office tasks
  • Assisting with day-to-day branch administration as required

    We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident communicating with customers.

    The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous administration or office support experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office / general systems)
  • Ability to work well in a busy team environment
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the branch location
