Role Overview
We are looking to hire a self-driven and dependable HR Talent Acquisition professional who can independently manage the end-to-end HR and administrative needs of our newly established vertical. This includes talent acquisition (especially bulk hiring), onboarding/offboarding formalities and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for international BPO voice and non-voice processes.
Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks; coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Prepare and manage job advertisements, career page postings, and recruitment campaign materials.
Screen resumes, evaluate qualifications, and maintain a database of potential candidates.
Draft offer letters, manage pre-employment documentation, and ensure compliance with internal approval workflows.
Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives.
Maintain consistent lead times for manpower hiring to achieve business SLAs.
Independently lead, formulate and execute strategies for bulk hiring and niche role hirings, as required, to close vacancies

2.Employee Relations
Manage onboarding and induction processes, ensuring all employee documentation (contracts, ID cards, HRIS entries) is complete and accurate.
Handle queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and grievance handling.
Conduct and document exit interviews for resigned employees.
Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases in compliance with data security policies.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs to promote a positive workplace culture.

3. Administration & Office Management
Ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline within the premises
Maintain all company documents, licenses, agreements, and ensure renewals on time

4. Governance, Compliance & Data Confidentiality
Ensure adherence to all HR and admin-related policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Maintain confidentiality of internal and external data at all times
Implement and support company-wide information security protocols
Report any security risks or breaches promptly to management

Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (business administration or HR, preferred)
5-10 years of experience in HR talent acquisition roles in BPO
Experience and knowledge of Indian labour laws
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee queries/disputes
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, HRIS/payroll tools
Fluency in English and Hindi
