Mangalam Autoworld Pvt. Ltd., an authorized dealer of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, is looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor for our Haridwar dealership.

The candidate will handle bodyshop operations, customer interaction, damage inspection, job cards, repair coordination, and insurance claim processes to ensure smooth and timely vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with bodyshop-related concerns
• Conduct vehicle damage inspection and prepare accurate repair estimates
• Prepare job cards and manage repair schedules
• Coordinate with insurance surveyors, technicians, and spare parts department
• Ensure timely completion of repair work and vehicle delivery
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Ensure bodyshop area follows safety and quality guidelines
• Support in achieving service targets and operational efficiency

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience as Bodyshop Advisor in automobile industry
• Knowledge of body repair process and insurance claim handling
• Basic knowledge of DMS system and MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Customer-focused attitude
