Bid Specialist (End-to-End Bid Management)

Location: India (Remote / Hybrid – Delhi NCR Preferred)

Salary: ₹14L – ₹20L CTC + Performance Bonus

As we expand into global markets , we are looking for a Bid Specialist who can own and drive the end-to-end bid management process , helping us secure enterprise and international clients.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and strategy , and directly contributes to winning high-value deals .

  • What You’ll OwnEnd-to-End Bid Management
  • Manage the complete bid lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires .
  • Analyze bid requirements and define response strategy and structure .
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submissions .
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and procurement guidelines .
  • Proposal Development
  • Write and edit high-quality, persuasive proposal responses .
  • Translate technical architecture and services into clear business value propositions .
  • Develop executive summaries, solution narratives, and differentiators .
  • Proposal Assets
  • Build and maintain case studies, capability decks, and team CVs for strategic bids.
  • Support creation of bid presentations and sales enablement material .
  • Content Library & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain a centralized proposal content repository .
  • Create reusable templates, baseline responses, and knowledge bases .
  • Continuously improve proposal content using insights from past bids.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, pre-sales, engineering, legal, and finance teams .
  • Facilitate SME discussions to gather technical and operational inputs .
  • Track deliverables and ensure smooth coordination across teams .
  • Market & Competitive Insights
  • Research competitors, pricing trends, and client expectations .
  • Identify differentiators that strengthen our bid positioning .
  • What We’re Looking ForExperience
  • 5–8 years experience in bid management, proposal writing, or presales documentation.
  • Experience handling IT services, SaaS, or technology RFPs .
  • Exposure to global enterprise bids or government tenders preferred.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into compelling narratives
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously
