The Role

As BI Management System Developer, you will support the development and maintenance of business dashboards and reporting that underpin the Fuller Management System. This role plays a key part in ensuring that performance data is reliable, timely, and aligned with business goals across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear dashboards and structured reports, including monthly PDF business review material. This role is well suited for a junior BI professional who wants to grow technical expertise while gaining exposure to global performance management practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in line with Fuller Management System standards and expectations
• Report on performance across multiple KPIs and measuring points within a global organization
• Support and drive data quality, KPI follow-ups, and consistency within the Fuller Management System
• Participate in business requirement discussions and support the implementation of reporting solutions
• Produce monthly PDF business review reports aligning business objectives with actual performance

Who Are You?

• 1–3 years of experience building dashboards or performance reporting solutions (Power BI preferred)
• Comfortable working in a matrix organization, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Some exposure to internal projects, with experience supporting implementation activities — ideally in an international environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to take ownership in a growing role
• A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, improve, and share knowledge
