Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Muradnagar is for a Bending Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining bending machines to shape sheet metal components according to design specifications. The daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings, setting up and calibrating bending equipment, inspecting finished products for accuracy, and adhering to safety guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure precision and timely completion of production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating bending machines and working with sheet metal
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspecting finished products
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
