About the Role

Kimirica is hiring a Beauty Advisor for our SIS counter at Shoppers Stop, Acropolis Mall, Siliguri. This is a customer-facing retail role where you will represent Kimirica in-store, engage with customers, and drive sales while delivering a premium beauty and self-care experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations
• Demonstrate products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs
• Drive counter sales through strong product knowledge and conversion skills
• Maintain counter hygiene, VM standards, and product displays
• Track stock levels and support replenishment coordination
• Build relationships with repeat customers and ensure high service standards
• Coordinate with store teams for smooth daily retail operations

Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or premium retail
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Comfortable working in retail shifts, weekends, and store timings
• Passion for beauty, grooming, and customer service
