About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate who can actively identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with prospects, understanding business challenges, and converting conversations into long-term clients.

This position requires someone who can build a strong sales pipeline, close deals independently, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project initiation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
• Experience in digital marketing services, IT services, or related industries preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build relationships with founders, business owners, and decision-makers
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to manage leads and close deals independently
• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and CRM tools is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
