What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join as APAC Marketing Specialist position located in Singapore/New Delhi.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Plan and execute the marketing strategy for BCG X in APAC, elevating our position in the market as a leader in end-to-end digital transformation
  • Support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns across all internal and external channels that advance the company's mission, business and marketing priorities
  • Drive localization of global marketing efforts
  • Drive content creation across channels, developing and executing marketing and internal-external communication materials
  • Provide coordination, writing, and editing support for marketing collateral and materials, across formats and channels
  • Support strategic priorities and special projects, play a critical role in helping to build and drive local marketing initiatives, and digital strategies by leveraging our SATT partnerships, identifying potential new ones, and ensuring both operational and strategic excellence
  • Maintain a library of marketing materials ensuring marketing-related materials are documented and put in place with constant iteration
  • Develop, with the guidance of the Marketing Senior Manager, KPI frameworks to track, evaluate and report on campaign performance to inform future campaign optimization
  • Reach a CEO audience and chart the course for BCG X’s success in APAC

  • What You'll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communication
  • Good understanding of consulting industry as well as the competitive market landscape
  • Capabilities in digital, social media, thought leadership and PR
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment
  • No prior knowledge of AI and mathematics is required, but a strong interest in the field is preferable
  • University-level degree (graduate or master’s degree)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

    The BCG X APAC Marketing Senior Manager directly and BCG’s Global marketing teams who drive the firm’s reputation as a thought leader. We work to strengthen and protect BCG’s brand, advance our business agenda, and partner with management to engage with our key audiences through tools such as global thought-leadership publications, public relations, alumni outreach, recruitment marketing, and social media.
