Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage customer relationships
• Cross-sell banking products (CASA, Loans, Investments, Insurance, etc.)
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Handle customer queries and ensure service excellence
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive branch-level growth

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in Banking/Financial Services/Sales preferred
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment
• Graduate degree required (MBA preferred for some roles)
• Pleasant personality and professional approach

Salary

25000 TO 90,000 In-Hand Monthly
