Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Banking Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, generating leads, and supporting business growth through outbound calling and client engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage customer data.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
