Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Doctor with 1–5 years of skilled experience in Ayurvedic consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, Panchakarma therapies (preferred), and holistic patient care . The role requires the ability to conduct detailed assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and ensure quality patient care aligned with traditional Ayurvedic practices and organizational protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using Ayurvedic diagnostic methods such as Nadi Pariksha, Prakriti analysis, and detailed medical history evaluation.
Prescribe accurate Ayurvedic treatments, herbal medications, and therapeutic procedures.
Develop customized treatment plans, including Panchakarma therapies, herbal remedies, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
Maintain accurate patient records, case histories, and documentation in line with medical guidelines.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in integrative or wellness setups.
Educate patients on preventive healthcare, wellness routines, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices.
Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical medical practices.

Key Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1–5 years of clinical experience as a BAMS Doctor in Ayurvedic hospitals, clinics or wellness centers.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
Valid license/registration with the relevant state medical council.

Skills
Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles, therapies, herbs, and treatment methodologies.
Working knowledge of Panchakarma therapies.
Basic understanding of modern diagnostics and their integration with Ayurveda.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a medical team.
Basic computer proficiency for maintaining records and reports.
