Role Description

We are looking to hire 4 high-calibre Back Office Interns to join our fund operations team. This role is designed for candidates who are serious about building a career in institutional asset management and want exposure to the operational backbone of global investment platforms.

You will work closely with senior team members across fund accounting, investor operations, and compliance, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fund Accounting & NAV

· Assist in preparation and validation of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations

· Track portfolio activity, valuations, and corporate actions

· Liaise with custodians, administrators, and internal stakeholders

Reconciliation

· Perform bank, broker, and position reconciliations

· Investigate breaks and resolve discrepancies with precision

· Maintain clean and auditable records

AML / KYC & Investor Operations

· Support investor onboarding, including KYC and AML reviews

· Ensure strict adherence to internal compliance frameworks

· Maintain and update investor records

Operational Execution

· Support day-to-day fund operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

· Assist in preparation of internal reports and audit documentation

· Contribute to strengthening operational processes and controls

Candidate Profile

· Cleared CA Inter (IPCC) – mandatory

· Strong grounding in accounting and financial concepts

· High proficiency in Excel and data handling

· Exceptional attention to detail and ownership mindset

· Ability to operate in a high-performance, low-error environment
