Reporting & Data Management
  • Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for all e?commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
  • Prepare dashboards covering sales, orders, returns, cancellations, stock status, and marketplace KPIs.
  • Track and monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace metrics.
  • Consolidate and validate data received from internal and external sources.

  • 2. Sales Analysis
  • Analyze platform-wise sales trends, product performance, and category insights.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve sales efficiency.
  • Track ROI of campaigns, paid promotions, and discounts.

  • 3. Inventory & Operations Coordination
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to track stock levels and reduce out-of-stock scenarios.
  • Monitor order processing, returns (RTO/RTV), and claim management on marketplaces.
  • Track dispatch SLAs, penalties, and operational KPIs.

  • 4. Marketplace Coordination
  • Support e?commerce account managers with performance reports and business insights.
  • Assist in resolving operational discrepancies like payment issues, chargebacks, and listing errors.
  • Ensure compliance with platform requirements and guidelines.

  • 5. Automation & Process Improvement
  • Work on Excel automations, macros, and tools to improve reporting efficiency.
  • Identify gaps in data flow and propose improvements.

  • Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros preferred).
  • Experience with Google Sheets & ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of marketplace dashboards: Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Basic understanding of SQL (added advantage).

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in MIS, data management, or e?commerce reporting roles.
