Order Processing in SAP - Creation of Sales Quotations:/ Sales Orders / /Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders

Manage end-to-end order processing to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

Respond to customer emails regarding orders,, delivery timelines, and general inquiries.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Procurement) to address order-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Maintain proper documentation and records of transactions in SAP
