As a Data Entry Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for various tasks related to data entry, record maintenance, and documentation. Your key responsibilities include:

Handling data entry, record maintenance, and documentation tasks accurately.
Processing customer requests, orders, or claims via email or chat.
Verifying and updating customer or transaction information in databases.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries and complete processes.
Ensuring adherence to SLA timelines and quality standards.
Maintaining confidentiality and data security while working remotely.
Generating reports and updating trackers as per process requirements.

To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Education: 12th pass or any graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Proficient typing skills (minimum 30 WPM) and basic computer knowledge.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts if applicable.

Preferred skills for this role include prior experience in back-office or data entry roles, familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and basic data management software, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
