**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**:

- Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
- Reconciliation of GSTR 2A/2B with purchase register.
- Ensuring timely and accurate input tax credit (ITC) claims.
- Handling GST queries and notices, if any.
- **Taxation & Compliance**:

- Basic knowledge of Income Tax, TDS deduction, deposit & return filing.
- Preparation and verification of tax-related documentation.
- Coordination with auditors and consultants for assessments and tax audits.
- **Commercial Operations Support**:

- Preparation and maintenance of sales/purchase invoices, debit/credit notes.
- Vendor and customer account reconciliation.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and preparing aging reports.
- Coordination with logistics and procurement teams for documentation.
- **Back Office & Documentation**:

- Maintaining all accounting and compliance records in physical and digital formats.
- Assisting with audit preparations and compliance checklists.
- Handling data entries and ensuring data accuracy in ERP/accounting software.
- Supporting MIS and reporting activities.
- **Experience**:

- 3 to 6 years in a CA firm or similar accounting/finance role.
- Hands-on experience with GST return filing, tax compliance, and back-end commercial documentation.
- **Education**:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Any relevant accounting qualification.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and/or any accounting ERP system.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Solid documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and well-versed in financial record keeping.
