Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Back Office Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing backend operations and supporting team coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain records for both backend and frontend operations
  • Allocate projects to team members efficiently
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects to clients
  • Remain actively available on Gmail and Hangouts during working hours
  • Handle client queries and feedback professionally
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
  • Manage and coordinate team activities
  • Support the Talent Accretion Team in recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Good command in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong team handling and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

    Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
