**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Address rider inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing transparent and accurate information about the appointment process and service offerings.
- **System Management**: Use our internal appointment management system to input, track, and update rider appointments, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to appointments, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure rider satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from riders about their appointment experience and provide insights to improve our services and processes.
- **Training and Development**: Stay informed about the latest updates and features of the Switch service, and participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
