    Payout - Rs 200 per hour

    Work Timing - 08:00 pm to 05:00 am IST

    Need to have your own laptop with Windows 11 or above and a high speed internet connection

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a dedicated and customer-centric Spanish Chat Support Specialist to provide excellent chat-based support to our US-based customers. This is a remote contractor role requiring strong communication skills in Spanish (B2/C1 level and above), along with a reliable laptop and broadband connection.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time chat support to Spanish-speaking customers in the US.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues as required.
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.

    • Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Spanish (B2/C1 level or higher) and good English communication skills.
  • Own laptop with updated OS and antivirus protection.
  • Stable broadband connection with adequate speed for seamless chat operations.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support US & UK time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset.
