Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to expand our network of travel partners and promote our destination services to travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies and tour operators

- Identify and onboard new B2B travel partners

- Promote Pearl DMC destinations and services

- Handle partner inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Attend networking events and travel trade meetings

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in travel sales or B2B sales

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Existing network in the travel industry is a plus

- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
