Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities

  • Drive new client acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle

  • Achieve targets related to new client registrations, upselling, and revenue generation

  • Conduct meetings with CXOs and business heads to present solutions

  • Maintain and update sales pipelines through CRM tools

  • Ensure timely invoicing and collections

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

  • Participate in regular funnel reviews and sales planning discussions

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales, preferably in a consultative or SaaS-based environment

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with CXO-level stakeholders

  • Proven ability to meet revenue and sales targets

  • High customer-centricity and solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Strong analytical and consultative selling skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability

  • Understanding of competitive landscape and market trends
