As the B2B Marketing Lead at Octobotics Tech, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and establishing brand authority. Your responsibilities will involve leading the positioning, demand creation, and sales enablement efforts to expand the company's digital footprint and ensure Octobotics Tech is highly visible in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop positioning and value propositions for different segments/industries.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve searchability and keyword rankings.
- Create sales assets such as battlecards, objection-handling narratives, and ROI justifications.
- Write technical yet accessible content including blogs, whitepapers, and LinkedIn articles.
- Build customer-facing assets like pitch decks, brochures, and proposal templates.
- Lead the LinkedIn strategy by creating engaging content and community-building.
- Plan and execute targeted B2B ad campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage marketing collateral for trade shows and industry expos to drive post-event leads.
- Collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
- Run account-based marketing campaigns for high-value targets and support demo/pilot conversions.
- Ensure alignment between marketing claims and technical feasibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in B2B Digital Marketing, Content Writing, and Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn for B2B.
- Familiarity with website management (WordPress/CMS) and basic design tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to strategize and execute effectively.

KPIs:

- Growth in organic search rankings and LinkedIn engagement/reach.
- Number of qualified inbound leads generated through digital channels and ads.
- Usage and adoption of sales assets and content output cadence.
