DR. Shares & Stock Brokers is hiring a Client Success Executive (Fresher) for our Mutual Fund department in Chandigarh. This is an excellent opportunity for finance graduates who want real exposure to the investment industry and client relationship management.

This role focuses on client communication, coordination, and relationship management within the mutual fund advisory team.

Freshers with good English communication skills and interest in financial markets are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with clients through phone calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate client meetings with the Mutual Fund advisory team
- Schedule meetings and send follow-up reminders
- Assist clients with documentation and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update client details in CRM systems
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal advisory team
- Ensure smooth and professional client experience

This role focuses on client coordination and relationship management, not aggressive sales.

Who Should Apply

We are looking for candidates who have:

✔ B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or finance-related degree
✔ Freshers or up to 1 year experience
✔ Good English & Hindi communication skills
✔ Confidence speaking with clients on phone calls
✔ Basic understanding of stock markets or mutual funds
✔ Interest in finance, investments, and wealth management
✔ Organized personality with good follow-up habits

Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on communication & interview performance)

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
4th Saturday Off
