We’re Hiring | AWS Program Coordination Intern | Everymedia Technologies – Andheri, Mumbai

Everymedia Technologies is working on a nationwide AWS campus initiative aimed at building strong tech communities across engineering and technology colleges in India. The project focuses on establishing AWS student committees, promoting cloud learning, and driving student engagement through events, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

We are looking for a Program Coordination Intern for a 6-month internship to support this initiative and help manage coordination across universities.

Role Overview

The intern will coordinate with SBA Heads across onboarded universities and help manage AWS-related activities, student engagement, and reporting. This role acts as a bridge between universities, SBA heads, and the internal team to ensure smooth program execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with SBA Heads from onboarded universities

Oversee and track AWS campus events and initiatives

Act as the point of contact between SBA Heads and universities

Monitor and track student registrations for AWS programs

Prepare QC reports and performance updates

Ensure timely submission of reports.

Assist the team in creating and managing AWS-related content

Support the team with program coordination and operational tasks

Who We’re Looking For

Strong communication and coordination skills

Organized and detail-oriented individuals

Comfortable working with Excel and reporting tools

Interest in technology, cloud computing, or student communities

Self-driven and proactive

Internship Duration: 6 months

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
